  • How much is the deposit? How am I invoiced?
    There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking that will be applied to the balance. Final payment is due one week prior to your scheduled party. Deposit is payable via Square or credit card, we will send you an invoice after you complete the booking form.
  • What if there are fewer guests than expected?
    You are responsible to pay for all confirmed number of girls attending. (example: party for 8 girls but only 6 showed up you still have to pay for 8)
  • What should the girls do to prepare for their Twirls and Tiaras day?
    Princesses should come with nail polish removed from hands and feet to maximize party time. We will not remove any nail polish.
  • What about inclement weather or emergencies?
    In case of inclement weather, serious illness or any other unforeseen emergencies of the party girl, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative party date. Our best efforts will be made to accommodate your newly preferred date, but we are unable to guarantee a specific date or time. Parties that include pedicure services will receive an extra spa activity in lieu of the pedicure when the outdoor temperature is 32 degrees or below with the wind chill.
  • What do we need to know about safety and supervision?
    During the event, your child will be going up and down stairs to get on and off of the bus. Twirl's and Tiara's Spa Party Bus is not responsible for any damages, accidents or injuries that may occur while under our supervision. To ensure safety and sanitation, we do not cut nails or cuticles. We have a limit of 1 adult that may attend a pary due to spacing, however, we do ask that adults remain in the front area so our staff is not disturbed. This will help ensure the party host and guests are having an awesome time.
  • Can I bring my own desserts or food?
    Cupcakes are provided, if you choose to bring your own cupcakes the price will not be prorated. Twirls and Tiaras will allow the party host to bring cupcakes, cakes and ice cream if you choose, however, we only supply basic plates and cutlery. Please keep in mind, Twirls and Tiaras parties are for the party host and their guests, therefore, we ask that the adults/parents do not bring any additional food or drinks for the adults that attend the party.
  • Is this bus mobile/in motion during the event?
    We come to your location. We do not drive the bus during a party. You are responsible for having a parking space for the bus, & hotel clearance if your party will take place ona hotel property.
  • What to expect the day of my event?
    The Twirls and Tiaras Bus will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please ensure that there is adequate parking for the bus. The staff will setup and welcome your princess and her guest onboard at your start time. Please ensure that all polish has been removed. As we WILL NOT remove any nail polish. In addition, we do not work with acrylic nails of any sort. Due to limited space and to ensure that your princess has the best spa experience we ask that only ONE adult/chaperone remain on the bus once the party has started.
  • Will I have a travel fee?
    All locations 20 - 30miles from 64130 will be assessed a $50 travel fee. For locations beyond 30 miles please send an email to discuss your location.
